Enabling Pop-Up Windows
WebCT Vista uses pop up windows to present vital course material and content to the user. Therefore, it is essential that any pop up blockers be disabled for the duration of the Vista session in order to ensure you can properly view all class materials. The following users will be affected:
Internet Explorer Pop-Up Blocker and Selective Pop Up Enabling
Because some web applications implement pop-up windows, the pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer can cause some issues. WebCT Vista, for example, may be affected by this.
Once SP2 has been installed, when a user browses to the WebCT Vista URLl, you will see a message indicating that the current activity will not be allowed. To allow pop ups for WebCT VIsta, see the figures below.

Figure 2 After Clicking on the pop up blocked message, select the "Always allow pop ups from this site" option.

Other Pop-Up Blockers and Pop Up Enabling
If you are using another form of pop up blocker and / or tollbar, such as the google toolbar, you must diable the pop up blockign function for the duration of the Vista session in order to ensure that Vista operates properly and all course content cacn be viewed.
