As previously announced in several IRT Tech Updates, IRT's mail servers were updated recently to improve network security. All connections to the IRT mail servers must now use SSL encryption for usernames & password.
If you use a mail client (such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage or Apple Mail) to access your Drexel mail, you will need to reconfigure it to comply with the new settings. Please click the link below for your mail program to find out what you need to do to continue/restore connectivity.
NOTE: These changes do not apply to Exchange mail, which already uses security encryption.
