    Getting Rid of Junk Mail

Subscribing to the Junk Mail Folder

    Outlook

With the Outlook Inbox open, choose Actions/Junk E-mail . From the pull down menu, choose Junk E-Mail Options. Select the level of protection you want. Make sure to Check Your Junk Email Folder Often.
You can also add addresses to your Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, or Blocked Senders or Blocked International mail list as exceptions to the general junk mail rules.

    Outlook Express

Most IMAP mailboxes automatically have a June Email folder. However, you may need to subscribe to the folder. Right click on the mailbox name. Choose IMAP Folders from the pop up menu. When the folder list opens, click Reset List to display the Junk Mail folder. Check Your Junk Email Folder Often.
