Microsoft Office Update: Installing the Office Update Engine |
If you haven't run Office Update before, you'll need to install the "Office Update Engine". When you click on the "Check for Updates" link, you may see a dialog box like the one shown below. If you do, click OK.

After clicking OK, follow the on-screen instructions to install the Office Update Engine. For clarity, the "Internet Explorer Security Warning" dialog they refer to in the last step will look like this:
