    Email: Moving to Exchange2

Because of a system crash, the migration to the new Exchange server cannot be automatic. Instead, you'll need to reconfigure Outlook to tell it to look your mail on Exchange2 instead of Exchange1. Fortunately, this is easy.

    1. Click the Start button and then the Control Panels link.

    2. In the Control Panels window scroll down to the icon called Mail and double click it.

    3. In the Mail Setup window click the E-mail Accounts... button.

    4. In the Email Options window select View or change existing e-mail accounts then click the Next > button.

    5. In the Email Accounts window select your Microsoft Exchange account then click the Remove button.

    6. When prompted in the Account Manager window, click the Yes button to confirm that you want to delete your link to the old server.

    7. Now you can use the regular Outlook 2002 instructions to add a link to the new server. You can begin those instructions at step 5.
