DragonFly Wireless Service Interruption

Dragonfly Wireless Network was restored to regular operation for all locations on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at 6:05 AM. Drexel's Wi-Fi service (the DragonFly networks, Eduroam and Drexel Guest) will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during the scheduled maintenance window. During this time software upgrades will be applied to update security and system performance.

Domain Controller Server Patching

Domain Controllers was restored to regular operation for all locations on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 7:20 AM. Domain Controller Servers will have Operating System patches applied during this period. Services are redundant, so no service outage is expected.

TouchNet Server Patching

Touchnet was restored to regular operation for all locations on Sunday, April 09, 2017 at 9:51:03 AM. The TouchNet service will be intermittently unavailable while servers are restarted for Operating System patching. This includes access to eBill services.
