Office 365 Email Search Issues

Office 365 Email was restored to regular operation for all locations on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 2:33 PM. Email searching in Office 365 may not produce search results as expected within the Outlook Application or Outlook on the web. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is currently deploying a fix to the users at Drexel that are affected by this. This outage only affects users that have had their email already migrated to Office 365.

OneDrive in Read-Only Mode

OneDrive For Business was restored to regular operation for all locations on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 3:10:02 PM. Microsoft experienced a system issue related to OneDrive. During that time, OneDrive was in a read-only state. Since that time, Read/Write service has been restored.

There will be two 5 minute maintenance periods. During each period traffic will be routed via redundant pathways, preventing a service interruption.

DrexelOne-Banner Integration

DrexelOne was restored to regular operation for all locations on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 2:22:27 PM. We are currently experiencing issues with real-time integration between Banner and DrexelOne. We have reverted to a manual integration process for now. We are currently running this every 6 hours. Because of this, you may experience a delay in seeing your information updated in DrexelOne. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working to restore real-time integration.
