Network Services
Data Service maintenance is planned in the One Drexel Plaza Building on Friday, May 18th, between 6:00 and 6:30AM ET.
During this time, the network equipment servicing the One Drexel Plaza will be relocated from its current AC power outlets to UPSes connected to the recently installed AC outlets on the Emergency Generator. Network service will be unavailable in the building for approximately 5-10 minutes while the equipment is restarted.
At the completion of this maintenance, the network equipment will be powered by the building’s emergency generator during any future power outage.

wired network service in ISB 4th and 5th floors
A brief network service outage affecting up to 84 wired network jacks on the 4th and 5th floors of ISB is planned tomorrow May 2nd at 7:00AM . During this period, a faulty network switch on the 5th floor will be replaced. The outage itself isn't expected to last longer than 20 minutes. Wireless service and VoIP telephony will not be affected.
