Cell Definition
At each intersection of a row and a column is a cell, referred
to by its position, A3, B1 C265, etc.
There can be as many as 65,536 rows by 256 columns, for a total
of cells 16,777,216 cells, in an Excel worksheet. Each cell can
hold a maximum of 32,767 characters.
