    Selecting a Range of Cells

    You can select a range of cells by clicking on a single cell at one corner of the range then, with the mouse button held down, drag the selection so that it extends over the other cells. To select an entire row of cells you can click on the row number, and you can select columns by clicking on the appropriate letter.

    You can select all of the cells in a column by clicking the Column Letter.

    You can select all of the cells in a row by clicking the Row Number.
