Adding Graphics
From a file- Click Insert, then select Picture From
File. Locate the folder that contains the picture that you want
to insert, then click the picture file and press Insert.
From clip art- Click Insert, then select Picture Clip
Art. Select the Category and then select the Clip you want to use
and Insert Clip.
