    What should I do first?

Bb Vista is a robust, feature-laden, application. To ensure having the optimal learning experience while active in this application, end users need to have their computer(s) properly configured.

By properly configured, we mean these specific areas (not all will apply to you all of the time):

    1. Using a validated Web browser (including the version of that browser!)
    2. Having Java installed on your computer(s)
    3. Enabling pop-ups
    4. Having firewall configuration properly set

Check your computer's configuration for use with Bb Vista by launching the Check Browser feature in the top-right corner of the Log In page. Go to Log In page.

If you like, use the link below to watch a short video on how to set up your computer for the optimal experience with Bb Vista.
