If you are working and get bounced out you can check the status of the
application in a few different ways. You can:

• Check Bb Vista for Announcements from us, the application administrators.
• Check to see if there was a scheduled outage
• Call the (basic) Help Desk at 215-895-2698, during hours when the Korman
  Computing Center is open, to learn whether others are having difficulty.
  • You can view the Korman Calendar here.
• Use our new Report a Problem feature
  • This is especially valuable because the quick-fill form enables you
    to give us some real data that aid in pinpointing trends, issues, etc.
  • Students were asking for this capability, so, we provided this easy
    way for them to report just what they experienced in Bb Vista.
