Request Telephone Service

The University maintains multiple Nortel telephone systems servicing over 5000 lines in various buildings throughout University City main campus, Stiles Hall, 11th Street Family Health and Sacramento’s Center for Graduate Studies.  The university has also implemented Voice Over IP as a way to expand services to new buildings, such as the Law School, Sacramento, Monell, 3600 Market Street to name just a few.

Reporting trouble with your phone

If you are experiencing trouble with your existing voice service email us at telephone-request@drexel.edu.  Be sure to include in your email detail of the type of problem you are experiencing including the phone number and station with the problem. Examples of phone trouble: no dial-tone, static on the line, calls not going to voicemail, etc.
