Up to 100 friends and family can be invited to view or edit the documents you place in the Workspace. Documents placed in the Workspace can also be accessed from almost any computer with Internet access.
Most file types can be stored in Workspace, including Office documents, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, PDFs, and picture files.
