Departments

IRT is divided into three departments and a business office.

Core Enterprise Systems (CES)

Core Enterprise Systems is responsible for providing "mission critical" enterprise information services to the University community centering around finance, human resources and student information to meet the instructional, research, and administrative needs of students, faculty, and staff. Instructional Technology Support (ITS)

Instructional Technology Support manages and directs user support and training, web-based software development, the integration of electronic resources with academic departments, and outreach initiatives with Drexel's partner schools and affiliated institutions. It is directed by Dr. Michael E. Scheuermann, the Associate Vice President for Instructional Technology Support. Learn more about ITS.

Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI)

Core Technology Infratstructure, is responsible for voice, data, and video communications, computing support for ongoing production systems and seamless support for all administrative and academic computing needs of the University. IRT Business Office

The IRT Business Office, is responsible for the ongoing day-to-day business needs of the Department. Ms. Arlene Anderson is the Director of Business Operations.
