VPN Authentication Update

August 27, 2013

On September 10, Drexel's VPN (used with Cisco AnyConnect client software and the Drexel VPN Login page) will only accept your Drexel Domain password when signing in. Prior to that, either Domain or LDAP passwords were accepted.

Most users will not be affected by this change because their Domain and LDAP passwords are already the same.

Your Domain password is used to access IRT's file servers, the software download site, DragonFly3, and the Microsoft Exchange server (for faculty and staff).

Drexel passwords are managed using the Computer Accounts Management Service (CAMS). Once signed in, you can click the large "keys" icon to synchronize all of your Drexel passwords to be the same for both Domain and LDAP services.

If you need assistance or have forgotten your password, please contact the IRT Help Desk (215-895-2020).
