Drexel Learn Support

If you are having issues with Learn, or any related technology, please contact the Online Learning Team (OLT) for assistance. You have several options for support.

Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm you can:

  • Stop in to the Instructional Technology Center in the Korman Center Room 109
  • Call 215-895-1224
  • Send an e-mail to olt@drexel.edu

Outside of those hours you can:

  • Call 215-895-1224
    • Press 1 to leave a message for the OLT to be answered the following day
    • Press 2 to connect with off hours support
  • Send an e-mail to olt@drexel.edu

When sending an e-mail, please be sure to specify your Drexel username, the course in which you are having issues and any related details to the problems you are having. From within Drexel Learn, if you navigate to the Tech Support tab, you will see a module that lists your Node Information. Sending along the hostname from that module will also help us in troubleshooting issues.
