Help Desk

The Korman Help Desk is located on the first floor of the Korman Computing Center on Drexel's University City campus. The Help Desk is staffed whenever the building is open 7 days per week except during term breaks. Regular hours are:

• Monday-Thursday (7:30 am until 9:00 pm)
• Friday (7:30 am until 7:00 pm--5:00 pm in summer term)
• Saturday (9:00 am until 5:00 pm--Closed during summer term)
• Sunday (3:00 pm until 9:00 pm)

Note: While the Help Desk is open in the evening according to the above schedule, most professional staff members at Korman leave the office around 5:00 pm. Therefore, any computer issues that require the assistance of a professional staff member after 5:00 pm might not be resolved until the following business day.
