IRT works closely with the Offices of Academic Information Systems (AIS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). These offices provide "functional technical" support to adminsitrative departments who use Banner and other Enterprise-support applications.
IRT also maintains a set of email addresses to reach the system administrators teams who support each of the major administrative applications.
