Instructional Technology Center
About
The Instructional Technology Center (ITC) serves the professional needs of Drexel faculty and staff. We offer services such as Blackboard (Bb) Vista support and training, general assistance with Drexel software, usage of computers, scanners, printers, and audio/video capture technologies.
Hours
The Instructional Technology Center (ITC) is staffed Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, but it is open and available during the operating hours of the Korman Center. Front Desk staff can provide access to the ITC if it is locked.
Phone and Email Support
During business hours, Online Learning Team members are available for walk-in visits and to handle phone (215-895-1224) and email (olt@drexel.edu) inquiries. Limited email support is also available on evenings/weekends.
Facilities
The Instructional Technology Center provides one-stop service to Drexel faculty, TAs, and staff.
Facilities include:
- Four Macintosh workstations for graphics, video and multimedia production
- Four Windows XP workstations wih DVD/CD-ROM drives
- High-speed printer (limit of 10 pages per day per person)
- Two color flatbed scanners
- 35 mm slide scanner
- Teaching and learning publications and journals
