XFINITY On Campus Live Streaming TV Service
On April 14, 2014, the Office of Information Resources and Technology announced that together with Comcast, the University has officially launched a trial of the XFINITY on Campus™ television service.
XFINITY On Campus is Comcast's exciting innovative service to let residence hall students view live high definition television from their laptop computers, iPads, and iPhones using an easy-to-navigate interactive guide while connected anywhere on the campus network. The trial service also includes the XFINITY On Demand™ service and offers students in university residence halls the ability to optionally purchase subscriptions to premium content like HBO, Starz, and the Sports & Entertainment Tier which includes networks such as NFL RedZone.

Wired Cable TV Service
Over 75 analog cable channels, including Comcast SportsNet and Drexel's own DUTV, are available in all residence hall rooms. Cable service, provided by ResNet, requires no activation or cable box. Premium channels and pay-per-view events are not available.
Connect Your TV
These instructions are offered as a generic guideline; refer to your TV's manual for specific instructions. Your TV must be support an analog cable tv signal.
- Connect the TV to the cable wall jack using a coaxial cable. If the TV has more than one input connector, select the one labeled "CABLE" or "CATV".
- Plug the TV power cord into an electrical outlet and turn the TV power on.
- Configure your set to receive CABLE or CATV signals (usually accessed through a MENU or SETUP option on the remote control).
- Program the TV to locate channels (usually labeled AUTOPROGRAM or SCAN in the MENU or SETUP option).
