The Computer Fixer on Campus provides hardware repair, upgrade, and warranty service, as well as extended maintenance agreements. For more information, visit the above link, call 215-387-5900 ext. 129, or visit the Computer Fixer in the basement of the Korman Computing Center. Fees for computer repairs are variable.
Warranty Services from The Computer Fixer
When purchasing Apple, Dell, IBM/Lenovo, and Sony computers, consider a separate ppurchase of four years of warranty services.

Warranty services include: all communications with the manufacturer, supplying serial/tag numbers, talking to phone support, parts ordering, receiving, and returning/shipping. The Computer Fixer's manufacturer-certified technicians perform the repairs at your office.
