This Web page provides both toll-free phone numbers and Web references for vendors. When purchasing equipment, consider the following:

• Individuals may place a personal order using a credit card.
• Authorized buyers may place orders for departments using their University credit card. An order over the credit card limit must be submitted through the procurement office via a purchase requisition.

Departments are encouraged to submit a separate purchase order for on-site maintenance with The Computer Fixer. Ten percent of the purchase price covers four years of extended warranty service, including the manufacturer’s warranty.
