Centralized computing support services are located in the Korman Computing Center at 15 South 33rd Street (the low-rise, octagonal building on the west side of the Quad behind the fountain).
Facilities include a public-access lab with printing capability, wireless network access, a BYOL (bring-your-own-laptop) lab, seven computer-equipped classrooms, training rooms for faculty and administrative systems, video-conferencing capability, and the Instructional Technology Center.
The Instructional Technology Center (ITC) houses the Online Learning Team (OLT) with collaboration space including several Macintosh and Windows workstations, scanners, and a high-speed printer for faculty use (including TAs). Video editing, conversion, and encoding stations are available for work with class-related multimedia – with assistance in their use provided by OLT members by appointment. Teaching and learning publications and journals and other resources are also available. Contact the OLT at 215-895-1224 or olt@drexel.edu.
Hours of operation for the Korman Center, including variations in hours for the summer term, breaks, and holidays, are posted at http://www.drexel.edu/irt/facilities/hours/calendar.
Classrooms are located on the first floor of the Korman Computing Center and are equipped with computers, SMART Boards, LCD projectors, white boards, and videoconferencing equipment.

Several classrooms in the Korman Computing Center have also been equipped to “mirror” classrooms at the Sacramento Center for Graduate Studies. (See the Interactive and Multimedia Technologies section for more information.)
The Center City Campus has a walk-in help center that is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The help center is located on the first floor of the New College Building in Room 1113.
