- Which mobile device type you have (Android, BlackBerry, iPhone, or Windows Phone 7);
- Which DrexelOne Mobile function you were using when you ran into trouble.
- Which DrexelOne user-id you were using when you had the trouble. (Note, please do not tell us your password in an email -- we don't need it and you shouldn't ever reveal it to others anyway).
