International Travel Awards (ITA) Deadlines

Deadlines for subsequent academic years are as follows:

  1. Last Thursday of May (for travel between 07/1-10/31)
  2. Last Thursday of September (for travel between 11/1 – 2/28)
  3. Last Thursday of January (for travel between 3/1 -06/30)

Applications must be complete (including all backup documentation and required signatures). The application must be received by OIP no later than 4:30 p.m. on the deadline dates. Applicants must apply for funding by a deadline date prior to travel.

Applicants and their departments will be notified of their acceptance or rejection via e-mail within two weeks of the deadlines listed above.
