The University letterhead, which contains the primary logotype, is used for all administrative units. Copy should align 1.5" from the left margin of the page and end at 0.75" from the right. The date and addressee's contact information should start 2.25" from the top of the page, and the contents of the letter should begin 3.65" from the top.

University Department Letterhead

The departmental University letterhead, which contains the primary logotype and department name in italics, is used for offices, programs, and other administrative departments. Copy should align 1.5" from the left margin of the page and end at 0.75" from the right. The date and addressee's contact information should start 2.25" from the top of the page, and the contents of the letter should begin 3.65" from the top.

The departmental URL is permitted in the contact information.

Personalized University Letterhead

The personalized University letterhead, which contains the primary logotype, name and title, is used for individuals, with the name and title of the sender aligned 0.75" from the right margin of the page, lined up with the departmental unit's name. Copy should align 1.5" from the left margin of the page and end at 0.75" from the right. The date and addressee's contact information should start 2.25" from the top of the page, and the contents of the letter should begin 3.65" from the top.

The departmental URL and personal email is permitted in the contact information.

Only the Drexel University logotype is permitted on the back of the card.

Type is set at 7.5pt Miller Text with 9pt leading, using Bold, Italic, and Roman.

Names on business cards may break across two lines.
