Annual Alumni Holiday Turkey Project
On Thursday, December 20, the Alumni Association will continue its holiday tradition of more than 30 years by providing turkeys to our community neighbors in need. This year turkeys will be given to 30 organizations including Drexel's 11th Street Family Health Services Center. Thanks to generous donations by the Drexel community 1,254 needy families in the area will receive a turkey for the holidays.

Save the Date for Blue & Gold Alumni Day at the DAC
Save the date to join fellow alumni for Blue & Gold Alumni Day at a pregame reception in the Hazem Maragah Hospitality Suite at the Daskalakis Athletic Center beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2008. Then, cheer on the Dragons in their 12 noon tip-off against Hofstra University. More information is coming soon.
U.S. Olympic Table Tennis Team Trials at Drexel
Drexel is proud to host the 2008 United States Olympic and National Table Tennis Team Trials from January 10 through 13, 2008 at the Daskalakis Athletic Center. A limited number of tickets have been reserved for Drexel alumni for the trials on Saturday, January 12. Join fellow alumni for a lunch reception at 12:30 p.m. in the Paul Peck Alumni Center before the 2 p.m. trials. Click here for more information.
Drexel Internal Medicine Residents Win State "Medical Jeopardy" Competition
A team of internal medicine residents from Drexel University College of Medicine has won the state title of “Medical Jeopardy” champions. The team won the Pennsylvania title in a competition held December 1 at Hershey Medical Center and advanced to the state round after winning the Southeastern Pennsylvania regional championship in October. LeBow Team One of Five National Finalists in Chevrolet College Marketing Challenge
A team of undergraduate students from Drexel's LeBow College of Business will be traveling to Detroit, MI, as finalists in the Chevrolet College Marketing Challenge. The students will present a marketing plan to executives from Chevrolet, and communications agencies Campbell Ewald and McGinn MS&L, as they vie for top honors in Chevrolet's "Green Marketing to the Youth Market." Ring in the New Year with Drexel Basketball at the Palestra
Cheer the Dragons into a new year with a women's and men's basketball doubleheader at the Palestra on Monday, December 31, 2007. Celebrate and enjoy a "Taste of Philly" with a New Year's twist at our pregame reception from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Dunning Coaches' Center at the University of Pennsylvania. The Drexel University College of Medicine Office of Student Affairs and Diversity and the Office of Alumni Relations invite you to attend a Dialogue on Diversity hosted by Anthony R. Professor Andrea Modica Photography Exhibition and Reception
The Drexel University Alumni Association and the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design invite alumni to enjoy a photography exhibition by Andrea Modica, associate professor of photography, on Friday, February 1, 2008 from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will be held at the Edwynn Houk Gallery in New York City and will feature a wine and cheese reception, as well as a brief talk by Professor Modica. Northern California Alumni Night at the Warriors vs. Knicks
Watch as Drexel alumnus Malik Rose '96 and the New York Knicks take on the playoff contending Golden State Warriors at 4 p.m. on January 27, 2008, at the ORACLE Arena in Oakland, CA. The event, hosted by the Alumni Club of Northern California, will include a pregame courtside shoot-around and the opportunity to enter the arena before the doors open to the public.
