This fall, the Community Alumni Network at Drexel University (CAN DU) will coordinate a revitalization project at an elementary school in the university's West Philadelphia neighborhood. As part of the effort, we are conducting a school supply drive!
As you're shopping for school supplies for your family and taking advantage of back-to-school sales, please consider picking up some supplies for a school in need. Donations can include notebooks, pencils, pens, crayons, rulers, glue, antibacterial lotion, markers, and more! For details on how to donate to the school supply drive, click here.

Each year the Drexel University Alumni Association recognizes alumni for outstanding achievements in their professions, in the community, and within the university. We encourage all members of the alumni and university community to participate in the awards process by sharing the achievements of fellow alumni, colleagues and friends with the committee for nomination. We invite you to review the awards criteria and submit nominations for worthy candidates. Nominations for the 2011 Alumni Association Awards must be submitted by October 29, 2010. Courtney Rozsas ’09 opened the doors to Lotus Farm to Table in December 2009, hoping to provide diners with more than just a meal.

While studying biology at Drexel, Courtney’s initial plans were to continue onto medical school and become a doctor. However, a life-changing trip to Asia in the summer of 2009 set her on a very different path. More
Dinner with 12 Dragons is a program that personalizes the overall student-alumni experience.
