Class Gift Campaign

Anthony J. Drexel set an example for philanthropy by donating $3 million dollars, the modern equivalent of $6 billion dollars, to establish our university. In doing so, he established our first tradition, philanthropy. Drexel students are eager to perpetuate this tradition and give back in the form of an evolving class gift. The initiative of a class park will allow students to give back while leaving their mark of philanthropy on Drexel’s campus. Over time, these marks will make a striking impact and improvement to our campus environment by providing a green park to inspire future generations. Drexel administration has been enthusiastic to incorporate student input on the designs for the north campus residential mall renovations where the class gift park will develop.
