Making the transition from student to employee can be challenging! Your first job out of college may not be everything you had dreamed of, but make the most of the experience. Be prepared to work hard if you want to work your way up. Look for a mentor to help you as you start out on your career path. Put to good use the critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills that you learned as a Drexel student. These things never fail to impress a new employer.
