ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Chris Bilotta ’77, ’84 possesses extensive experience in business consulting, finance, accounting, human resources and systems with specific expertise in providing customized retained search services to corporate clients and job search assistance to individuals. As a sought after advisor and mentor, he is dedicated to helping people improve and realize their potential.

Chris joined Resource Development Company, Inc., (www.rdcinc.com), a privately held Human Resource consulting firm, headquartered in Blue Bell, PA, in 1994 and became a co-owner in 2001. He directs and manages the firm’s retained search practice and has helped establish the company as one of the top 20 recruiting firms in the Philadelphia area as ranked by the Philadelphia Business Journal Book of Lists.

Prior to RDC, he built a progressive career in accounting and finance in the manufacturing sector. Having worked at both privately owned and publicly held companies including ESB Corporation, Bendix and Allied Signal, he served in a variety of positions with increasing responsibility, ultimately leading to executive roles.

His educational background includes a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and MBA from Drexel University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, currently in a non-practicing capacity, licensed in Pennsylvania.

Chris has been a member of Drexel’s LeBow College of Business MBA Career Services Advisory Council since its inception in 2004 and was named the Chair in 2006. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Trustees for Saint Basil Academy, a Philadelphia area private high school and is a member on the Board of Advisors for two early stage companies involved in college athletic recruiting and website development.
