As Drexel seeks to meet the needs of today's students our colleges and schools have added new majors and areas of concentration. Starting in 2013 Drexel will begin offering Undergraduate Majors in:
- Informatics (College of Information Science and Technology)
- Public Health (School of Public Health)
- Business Analytics (LeBow College of Business)
- Geoscience-with concentrations in Applied Geology, General Geoscience, and Paleontology (College of Arts and Sciences)
- Interactive Digital Media – formerly known as Web Development (Westphal College of Media Arts and Design)
We’ll discuss each program in more detail during our fall workshop! More information on each is also available through the University Course Catalog at catalog.drexel.edu.
To welcome our newest Drexel students into the community, the Alumni Association is organizing New Student Send-offs throughout the country. These events will take place later in the summer and give students a chance to meet with each other as well as with members of the Drexel Community. Look for more information in the coming month. Click here for dates and locations.
Every summer we look to incorporate your input and ideas into our planning for the program in the coming year. We will once again be sending out our annual survey via e-mail in July and hope that each of you can take 10-15 minutes to share your opinions with us!
To better support our growing program, Drexel staff members Matt Hagerty and Lucas Quagliata will be joining Chris Bertone in the daily management of the program. All three staff members will be monitoring the firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail account and will be involved in planning, staffing, and supporting ambassador efforts!
