Business of Hospitality Education Series

The Center for Hospitality and Sport Management will be launching a Business of Hospitality Education Series this spring as a way to keep the conversations going from January’s Philly Chef Conference. The four seminars will be held in April and May focusing on restaurant and hospitality development, law, real estate and accounting.

ServSafe Food Safety

Drexel University offers the 16-hour National Restaurant Association ServSafe program, which includes eight hours of classroom time and eight hours of home study. The course is  recognized locally and nationally by the food safety training industry.
