Does HRIS handle student address changes?
NO. HRIS does not update any of the following addresses:
- BI: Student Billing
- LR: Student Legal Residence
- MA: Student Current Mailing
- PA: Student Permanent Home
Students can update these addresses in DrexelOne by using the instructions below. If you have trouble, please contact the Student Resource Center: 215.895.2300 or srcmail@drexel.edu.
Changing addresses on DrexelOne
- Log in to DrexelOne
- Select Student Resources Tab
- Select Personal Information
- Select Update Addresses
- Select the link of the address that you want to update
- Make appropriate changes and then select "Submit"
If this does not work, please submit your request to the Registrar's Office in writing with your signature. This request can be sent in the following ways:

What are the differences between Campus, Work Location, and Employee Home Address?
| Campus Address | The address of the department you work for on campus. This includes your room number, suite number, mail stop, or floor number if you work in the same location as your department. |
| Work Location Address | The address that you physically work at. This will be the same as your Campus Address if you work in the same location as your department. If you work in a different building, or are a distance learning professor, it will be different. |
| Employee Home Address | Your home address while employed with Drexel University/College of Medicine. |

To update your department, address, or telephone number, email HRIS using your Drexel email account.
To update your title or home org, your department must send a PAF to HRIS. PAFs can be obtained through Web*Financials.

What training classes do you offer?
HRIS developed a training video and written guides for Adjunct and Student Employee EPAFs. To view the video or access the guides, please visit the EPAFs page.
