Welcome Aboard is self-directed and available 24/7 for prospective and current Drexel employees. The Becoming an Employee section provides information, including the necessary employment identification, required for your becoming an official employee of the University. You are expected to bring the required information to your scheduled new employee orientation, typically held on Mondays starting at 8:15 am.

We encourage you to review this section throughout the onboarding process. To review the required identification and necessary forms please check New Employee Paperwork. You will also need to make decisions on your Benefits after attending the new hire orientation.

Completion of new hire paperwork will allow your information to be processed, enabling you to be put on payroll and obtain access (see getting access) to the University systems.
