Drexel University Performance Management

Introductory Period Performance Evaluation Instructions

 

Staff Annual Performance Evaluations

To access the online staff performance management system:

  1. Log in to DrexelOne
  2. Select the Employees tab
  3. Select More BannerWeb Services
  4. Select Performance Management

Please make sure that pop-ups are enabled.  If you select the Performance Management link and only see a blank screen, use the following instructions to enable the pop-ups:

  1. Click on the bar that appears under the URL field on the browser and select Always Allow Pop-ups from this Site. 
  2. Select the Performance Management link again.  
    1. If you have the Google toolbar, select the (1)Pop-ups block icon in the toolbar. 
  3. Select the Performance Management link again.

Please use the following guidelines for the annual performance management process:

1. Staff evaluation kicked off by immediate supervisor (planning phase)

January

2. SMART goals discussed and entered by staff member (planning phase)

January-February

3. Evaluation moved to the assessment phase by immediate supervisor

September 28

4. Self evaluation completed by staff (assessment phase)

October 9

5. Evaluation completed by immediate supervisors (assessment phase)

October 30

6. Final review of staff evaluation by department head as necessary (assessment phase)

November 6

7. Immediate supervisor deliver final ratings to staff member /move to review & sign (review phase)

November 6 - 20
