Subsidized Benefit Choices (Regular Full-time and Part-time employees)
The Dragon Plan provides you with the opportunity to select those benefit options that are best suited to you and your
family, and require a contribution on your part. All of your contributions are made directly through the convenience of
payroll-deduction, and made on a pre-tax basis. These benefits are offered to regular full-time and part-time employees.
The Dragon Benefits Plan offers several Medical/Prescription coverage options for you to consider on the links below for additional information. The same prescription plan coverage is included in each option regardless of which medical option you elect.
