Drexel University's Dragon Benefits Plan is a comprehensive benefits program that provides you with a range of Core (company paid), Subsidized (shared cost), and Voluntary (employee paid) plans designed to meet your health care needs as well as offer financial security to you and you family both now and in the future. Eligibility for these plans differs for regular full-time and part-time employees.
If you are a new employee, remember that our benefits are effective on the first month following your date of hire. You have 30 days from your hire date (or your benefits eligibility date, if recently benefits eligible) to enroll in benefits. If you miss this enrollment window, you will not have an opportunity to enroll in most of the benefits until the next open enrollment period (unless you experience a life event change).
