Employees can enroll themselves and their dependents* in benefits upon hire, during the open enrollment period, or if they meet a qualified life event.

*Eligible dependents include the employee's spouse, same-sex Domestic Partners, and dependent children up to age 19 or up to age 23 if enrolled as a full-time student (for dental and vision) or up to age 26 (medical and prescription drug).
