The following opportunities are available to support exercise for members of the Drexel community.

Walking Club

The Walking Club is open to all University faculty and professional staff and meets Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 12:30 p.m. in the Recreation Center lobby. In the event of rain, these 30-minute walks will be held inside. Tuesday walks are held with the group. Wednesday and Thursday walks are self-guided. A half-hour of walking can yield immense benefits for your physical and emotional health.

If you would like to walk on the indoor track at the Drexel Recreation Center on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at 12:30 p.m., please tell the Welcome Center desk that you are there for Walking Club.

Employee Olympics

Drexel faculty and professional staff compete for the gold in sports and physical activities such as basketball, beach volleyball, rock climbing, table tennis, dodgeball and soccer. With so many choices, there's something for everyone! Prizes are offered for both the top teams and the top individuals in each event.
