Plan Eligibility Criteria:

• All full-time staff employees working a minimum of 40 hours per week and faculty working 12 or more credit hours in 3 or more quarters are eligible to participate in all Core, Subsidized and Voluntary benefits programs.
• Faculty with at least a 50% appointment and staff working 20 hours but less than 40 hours are considered part-time. They are eligible to participate in the Subsidized and Voluntary programs in addition to the Employee Assistance Program and Business Travel Accident plans.
• Full-time employees who do not choose a medical plan or provide proof of other coverage will be automatically enrolled in the Keystone Point-of-Service plan for single coverage with appropriate payroll deductions.
