New Compensation Program for Drexel Non-Union Professional Staff
HR is pleased to introduce a new compensation program for Drexel non-union professional staff members effective January 1, 2012. Developed over an eighteen month period, the program includes a market based salary structure with 15 grades; a detailed Webpage that contains a comprehensive compensation guide and a frequently asked questions. The compensation program can be viewed on the Compensation page.
By now each Drexel non-union professional staff member should have received a written notification of their salary, grade and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) classification.
Questions should be directed to Ross Hewitt, Compensation Manager, at rmh62@rexel.edu or Matt Petitt, Compensation Consultant, mrp75@drexel.edu.
Ross and Matt have been invited to present Drexel's program and development process at the College and University Processional Association for HR (CUPA-HR) eastern region conference in Philadelphia in April.
