Goal setting is an essential first step in the overall framework of the performance management process. By creating and establishing goals, professional staff and their supervisors create a road map for individual and departmental achievement. From 90 Day Introductory Period goals to annual performance goals, this session was designed to help supervisors and professional staff create results-based goals, review competencies, and input those goals into Career Pathway.   

 

To register, log onto DrexelOne:

1.  From the Employee tab, click on Career Pathway.
2.  From the Learning tab, select Browse for Training.
3. Under "Subject", select Performance Management and click on title of class.
