It’s performance review time again. Do you need help with your review? Do you want to know more about how to rate yourself or your direct reports on goals, competencies or shared values?

This one-hour lab will offer hands-on assistance and answers to your performance review questions. This is an open session, so please feel free to drop in any time during the hour.

September labs will be geared toward self-reviews, while October labs will focus on manager reviews.
