your collection or donation box to be in any
of the Residence Hall Lobbys. |
| Please note the following policies
for all requests. |
| Collection may take place for
a maximum of one 2-week period per term. For
example, Sunday, September 3, 2006 through Sunday,
September 17, 2006. |
| A charge may be assessed and
penalties may be imposed for not picking up
your box by the date indicated. |
| Usage of the Residence Hall
Lobby space is a privilege; therefore groups
are responsible for all items. |
| Failure to comply with the
above and any other reservation or Student Handbook
policy may result in the loss of a group's ability
to reserve any space in the Residence Halls. |
| All requests should be submitted
at least one week prior to requested start date |
| Requests will be answered via
email. |
