Rates
The housing rates are established each year by the Board of Trustees. These charges will appear on your University Tuition bill at the beginning of the academic year. All of our halls are fully furnished and the cost includes utilities.

Several students may choose to split these services and the cost with their entire apartment.

The current costs for Laundry are  $1.60/wash; $1.60/dry
