Hints
about the Maintenance Request system: |
| To
help you better understand the Maintenance Request
system, here is some insight into how the process
works. |
| • |
Typical
length until the work gets done is approximately
3 days |
| • |
Once
a work order is submitted make sure that your personal
belongings are moved away from the site in question.
The workers will not touch or move your items. |
| • |
A work
order is divided into two categories once received,
engineering and maintenance. Engineering work orders
pertain to HVAC concerns and hot water issues. Maintenance
work orders deal with all other requests. |
| • |
If the
requested work has not been completed within three
days of your submittal, feel free to contact us
at housing@drexel.edu
and someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours |
