Learning Communities |
| Residential
learning communities are defined living areas with strategically
located common areas. Students live with other students
from the same college, making it easier to form study
groups, review teams or project groups.
Apply to
be in a Learning Community when you submit your New
Student Housing Application online through MyHousing.
Learning Communities are currently only available to
New Freshmen students.

Features: |
- Enhances
your academic success by building continuity between
your curricular and co-curricular experiences
- Facilitates
social and academic gatherings that provide important
links to programs and services, including academic
advising, in-hall tutoring, review sessions, supplemental
learning programs, informal gatherings with faculty,
deans, or directors and ongoing lecture series.
- Learning
communities are not mandatory, and space is limited.
- All participants
in the Learning Communities must live in Myers
Hall.
