Residential Living Forms
Use this form to indicate if both roommates/suitemates agree that one of you will take full responsibility for damage.
List of potential damages and the amount you would be charged. Pay special attention to the charges related to fire safety which can be costly. Please contact the Offices of Residential Living and University Housing for these amounts.
This form must be turned into your Hall’s Front Desk anytime a host has met the limit of 3 overnight guest occurrences in a calendar month period. Requests are subject to approval and require the signature of your roommate.
Complete this form if you have been charged for damages you feel you were not responsible for.
After the second week of the term you may use this form to request a room change. Changes require the approval of your AD/RD and the Office of University Housing.

University Housing Forms
This is the housing contract that residents agree to when they apply for housing.
This is the housing contract that residents agree to when they apply for housing. There are some changes for the 2008-2009 Agreement.
Complete this form if you are unable to move out of the residence hall by the posted deadline, or if you are unable to term switch from your current assignment to next term assignment during the posted timeframe. Complete and return to the Office of University Housing.
34th Street Housing residents only - use this form to check out of your room without making an appointment with the House Director.
If your Request for Release from Housing Agreement or Request to Remove Housing Damage Charges has been denied you may submit your appeal to the Housing Appellate Board.
Returning Residents committed to a Housing Contract who wish to be released from their contract without penalty may transfer their obligation to another student to avoid the termination fees.
If you are unable to meet the move-out and/or term switch deadlines. Complete and return to the Office of University Housing.
Use this form to request release from your housing contract. If you have withdrawn from Drexel, obtained an out of the area co-op position or are going to study abroad you must complete this form within five business days of the aforementioned event.
